In general our GR and GR-MAG cards are covered with a lifetime warranty. A normal failure rate should be around 0.1% so if you ordered 1000 cards, 1 card is expected to fail. So on 5000 cards we would replace about 5 cards. If your failure rate is higher then that, you might want to investigate with your users on how the cards are being used.
What is not covered under the warranty:
- Bend cards
- Cards that show bite marks
- Punch holes that do NOT follow the provided punch guide
